Congratulations Ben Bouman – Our 2018 Men’s Transformation Challenge First Place Participant!
After 4-Weeks of consistent training 4-5 times per week, and focusing on healthy nutrition habits, Ben lost 16 pounds of pure fat! He dropped his Body Fat percentage by 6%!
And what’s even more remarkable is that Ben also gained 4 pounds of muscle in the process.
