Holly Vanlente is February’s PowerStrength North Member of the Month!
During our recent Transformation Challenge, Holly lost over 12 pounds of pure fat, while gaining a pound of muscle!! Holly says, “If you want to be an anonymous face in the back of a studio gym, this is not for you. If you want to work hard and see real results, this is the gym for you.”
She has been training 3-4x per week since she started in November. You can usually find Holly in one of the evening sessions. She goes to both Thrive small group training sessions, and the Blue Collar metabolic sessions.
Holly has been to multiple “boot camp-type” gyms, had a personal trainer and has trained at a boxing gym in the past. However, after Holly broke her leg in a jet ski accident, she needed some motivation to get back into training. That’s when Holly found PowerStrength through Facebook.
“I tried to get back into my groove going to various gyms, but nothing felt like “home”. I stumbled upon PowerStrength via a Facebook post advertising a trial membership and gave it a try.”
