Michelle Messock Vlug was our May Member of the Month!
Michell first came to PSTS 11-months ago and tried everything – large group bootcamps, at-home workouts, endless cardio, 1-on-1 trainers – you name it! She was looking for something different, fun, and effective!
Michelle started on a 21-Day JumpStart as she was a little wary about what PSTS was all about. Well, after 11-months of training 3+ days per week she is still going strong and more energetic than ever! Whether it’s at 6am, Noon, or in the evening, Michelle will always find a way around her busy schedule to devote to her training.
