 “I had not exercised regularly in probably 15 years since I quit running after having knee pain. I was experiencing back pain, knee pain, hip pain, and low energy, and it had become very difficult to exercise. I was nervous to begin training because I felt out of shape, but everyone has been so helpful and encouraging. I started with just the goal of not being in pain every day. I have accomplished that and have now set strength goals. I am losing body fat and building muscle. I have more energy, less pain, and I’m able to do things that I used to avoid due to my pain. My mood is better and I find it much easier to get outside and enjoy time with my family. My husband and I used to play tennis but after having so many issues I gave it up.
