“Before joining PowerStrength, I guess I could’ve been called a “stereotype.” The mom who always put kids, husband, and even pets before myself. Always the gal to say yes to everyone but me! Well the kids are grown, so that excuse doesn’t work anymore! Earlier this year I decided to make some lifestyle changes. First, I changed my eating habits, but soon realized that alone isn’t enough.
I FINALLY convinced myself that it was time to add fitness and exercise into the mix. The entire atmosphere at PowerStrength is different from anything I’ve ever experienced! The coaches are totally into helping you do and be your best; regardless of fitness level. The people I’ve met here are just fantastic…everyone is so encouraging, positive, and upbeat…makes it impossible to have a bad day at the gym! I’ve dropped pounds, clothing sizes, and gained muscle these past few months, and am excited to see where I go from here!
