“My goal was to lose 24 pounds in 2017. In my mind, I had 12 months to accomplish my goal so I broke my goal down into 2 pounds per month. Now my goal was manageable, but what happen next I could have never imagined. In January, I lost 12 pounds, February came and I lost 9 pounds, and month after month I saw weight coming off and muscle being built. As of today, I am 47 total pounds down from where I started on January 1, 2017. What was amazing to me was that the changes were simple, but the results were profound.
